Refund Policy

Eligibility for refunds
Due to food safety regulations, opened candy and pick-and-mix products cannot be refunded. Unopened, sealed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to request a refund
Email hello@swedishcandymarket.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-refundable items
Opened pick-and-mix bags, gift cards, and sale items cannot be refunded.
