Our return policy
Due to food safety regulations, opened candy and pick-and-mix bags cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed products in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or with the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.

How to start a return
Email us at info@swedishcandymarket.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label if applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
